Quarter 2 Class Work and Homework Assignments
In this quarter, between November 9 and January 9, you are expected to complete 12 HIGH QUALITY, SUPERB projects within the framework your theme. As with last quarter 6 will be done is class and 6 will be done at home. Class work is due on F Days. Homework is due on C Days!
Your theme can show evolution, maturity, and change as you progress through it. However, do not, per se, change your theme once you begin or you will not correctly complete CONCENTRATION, this MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE COURSE. AP STUDIO wants to see how you take a thematic idea and develop it. This is the quarter in which we shall accomplish this goal. It may be possible to add to this later if your theme can be used in subsequent studies in course but do not count on this.

If going on a retreat, turn in work before you leave. Take slides and write an inventory when each work is completed so you get it out of the way as you go. The AP and Studio Portfolios are the same. You get the same grade for them in both courses. Tape out junk backgrounds.
