 The project will be evaluated on the following criteria:
____Overall evenness and thickness
____Quality of joining/melding/blending
____Quality of edges
____Unity of shape and decoration
____Overall effort level
____Use of imagination in food design
____Quality of color mixing to create realistic color of food


____Incorporated design (combination of coil ,pinch or slab method)
____Minimum of 8" (needed to qualify for "A" grade)
