Directions to remove your name from shared computers on the Network

Right-click Network icon (lower right task bar  - Blue computer with radio waves) – Open Network Connections.

Right-click Wireless Network Conn.  – Properties.  Uncheck File and Printer Sharing.  Click OK.

You should also check that ThinkVantage Access Connections is not turning the sharing back on when you connect.

Double-click ThinkVantage Access Connections icon (lower right task bar  - little black computer)
or Click Start - All Programs - Think Vantage - Access Connections
 

Click Manage - Highlight IHA Wireless - Profile Action - Edit - Additional Settings - Click Network Security Settings button - All three boxes should be checked.
