Madison and the concept of "judicial review".   For fun, take a look at the youtube video "Bill of Rights Rap" by Smart Songs if you get a chance - it doesn't contain every element but its pretty good.

LATE POLICY FOR ASSIGNMENTS:  My late policy for assignments is clear.  You will lose 5 percentage points for every day your assignment is late!  NO EXCUSES!

NOTE:  Please be sure you are saving your movie correctly otherwise it will not transfer to the disk or USB stick properly.  It will have a ".wmv" at end if is correctly saved.  If it has a "MSWMS" or something like that, it will not save properly or work properly.  To get it to save properly, go into "moviemaker program" and to your project and hit "file" then "save movie file".  Per Mr. Hotz it will ask you a bunch of questions just answer yes to them and it will save correctly.  Also, it takes several minutes to save so don't be concerned if it is taking a while.  In addition, a few of the students computers would not save the movie to a disk.  If you have tried and can't get it to save, let me know in class tomorrow and we can try to get it into the teachfolder for your class.  

ALSO, those students who were absent on Thursday (A) day, please be sure to get your project to me on Friday "B" day if you don't want to lose points.  I am in Room 216 for homeroom or put your movie in my teachfolder in the appropriate file set up for your class color.  Thank you.
