Getting your "ticket" to a server means than you've been verified as a member of the domain and thus you are allowed to use the files and printers on that server.

A dialog box will ask you for Account Name and password.

Your Account Name is IHA + backslash + your 8 letter code ( i.e. IHA\07smimar).  Check the box that says remember my password and you will not be bothered with this verification again.  There is no password.
