BAC - .08 - .10

Fine - $250-$400

IDRC – 12-48 hours over a minimum of two days but no more than 6 hours a day.

Imprisonment – up to 30 days

License Suspension - 3 months

BAC - .10 - .16

Fine - $300-$500

IDRC – as above

Imprisonment – as above

License Suspension - 7 months to 1 year

BAC - .16 or higher

Fine - $400-$600

IDRC – as above

Imprisonment – as above

License Suspension – 9 months to 1 year

SECOND OFFENSE

BAC - .08 or higher

Fine $500-$1,000.

Community Service 30 days

Imprisonment - 48 hours to 90 days

License Suspension – two years

Installation of interlock devise or registration revoked for two years

THRID OFFENSE

BAC - .08 or higher

Fine – 1,000

Imprisonment – 180 days

Community Service – up to 90 days maybe exchanged for a portion of jail term

License Suspension – 10 years

Installations of interlock devise or registration revoked for 10 years
